A. Yes, you can use our system from overseas.
Q. Is it possible to connect to APIs via a proxy server?
A. It is generally possible. However, an access from a malicious IP address may be regulated.
Q. When each of more than one person receives an access token after authentication, is the first access token
going to become null affected by the last person receives an access token?
A. No, it will not become null, and it remains valid and usable.
Q. Is it possible to share an access token to use API services among multiple persons? For example, two staff,
one working at the office and another, at home, and one of them receives an access token, representing them.
A. Yes, it’s possible.
Q. Let me know the definition of codes in the data returned through Patent Information Retrieval API.
A. The returned codes from Patent Information Retrieval APIs are the same as those of the Patent
Information Standard Data.

Q. Are the "document # (eleven digits)" of Notice of Rejection through Patent Progress Information
Retrieval API/Simplified Patent Progress Information Retrieval API and "mailing # (six digits)" informed by
electric application software related somehow?
A. The last six digits of the eleven-digit document # is the same as the mailing #.
Q. Let me know why I could not retrieve information that certainly exist using applicant names through
Patent Applicant Code Retrieval API.
A. The key items used for the API should perfectly-match with the JPO records including where and how
many spaces included, if capital or small letters are used and the like because of its specificatins.
